| PA Awards for ExcellenceThese awards were made at a big banquet in Philadelphia in 1968. They were sponsored by the 100,000 Pennsylvanians for the Promotion of Economic Growth. I bet it was a pretty good party. Pres, as you can see took the opportunity to do a little autograph collecting. He got some good ones but he missed the obvious, himself.
